This one day workshop, led by nationally acclaimed
clinicians and jazz festival artists, will center on
instrumental and vocal master classes, stressing
technique and improvisation. Instruction in jazz theory,
listening and combo playing is also part of the
curriculum as well as opportunities for participating
students to perform in public. Music teachers may
register on a specific instrument, or choose the
Educator's Rotation, allowing them to visit all the
instrumental master classes, all levels of theory and
the combo rehearsals.
